Profiles describing the cut of a cut-out

Instead of a straight cut or a cut through a control point, the cut of a cut-out is to be described by structural profiles: innerCutOutProfile and outerCutOutProfile at the two borders of the cut-out and cutOutProfile at further spanwise positions.

How such a profile is placed, scaled and rotated is not laid down. A structural profile is a set of points connected by sheets, with coordinates in metres (structuralProfileType); it has neither a first nor a last point, so the statement that the beginning and the end of the profile fix its placement and its scale has no meaning, and rotZ would rotate a profile whose ends are already fixed. The element is therefore not usable as it stands and is to be reworked or removed. Use cutOutProfileControlPoint to shape the cut (cutOutControlPointsType).
