Profile describing the cut of a cut-out at a spanwise position between its borders

profileUID references a structural profile, eta gives the spanwise position at which it describes the cut. See cutOutProfilesType: the element is not usable as it stands. Besides the placement of the profile, the reference of eta is open as well, because it is said to refer to the control surface, for which no relative spanwise coordinate is defined.
