Points through which the cut of a cut-out runs at its two borders

Without these points the cut of a cut-out is the straight line between the point on the lower and the point on the upper surface of the wing. innerBorder and outerBorder bend it at the two borders of the cut-out (cutOutControlPointType); between them the cut-out is the ruled surface through the two cuts.
