Points through which the cut of a cut-out runs at its two borders

Without these points the cut of a cut-out is the straight line between the point on the lower and the point on the upper surface of the wing. <innerBorder> and <outerBorder> bend it at the two borders of the cut-out (cutOutControlPointType); between them the cut-out is the ruled surface through the two cuts.
