actuatorAttachmentType

<etaControlSurface> gives the spanwise position of the actuator on the control surface, <parentAttachment> its joint on the wing (actuatorParentAttachmentType) and <controlSurfaceAttachment> its joint on the control surface (actuatorControlSurfaceAttachmentType).
