Joint of an actuator on the control surface

The two values refer to the control surface, not to its parent: <parentXsi> is the relative chordwise coordinate of the joint on the chord of the control surface, <parentHeight> its height between the lower (0) and the upper (1) side of the control surface at that position; <material> gives the material of the attachment. The names still say parent and are to be renamed.
