sparCellType

Between fromEta and toEta the spar has the caps, webs and rotation given here instead of those of its cross section. The two borders are positions along the spar, so they reference the spar itself (see wingSparType).

The caps, the webs and the rotation have the same meaning as in the cross section of the spar (sparCrossSectionType).
