Point on a rib

The point lies on the rib named in <ribDefinitionUID>. Where that definition is a set of ribs, <ribNumber> selects one of them; rib 1 is the rib at the beginning of the set. Without it, rib 1 is meant.

<xsi> gives the position along the rib, from 0 at its beginning to 1 at its end, that is from <ribStart> to <ribEnd> of the rib.
