Inner or outer border of a cut-out in the wing

The border is a section of the wing, built like a border of the control surface itself: its plane runs through two points of the chord surface of the component segment and contains the normal of the component segment. etaLE and etaTE give the spanwise position of these two points; their chordwise positions are those of the corresponding border of the control surface.

ribDefinitionUID and ribNumber put the border on a rib instead: the border is then the mid surface of that rib, ribNumber counting the ribs of the referenced rib definition from 1.

Without innerBorder and outerBorder the cut-out ends at the borders of the control surface.
