Lateral panels of the center fuselage area
The lateral panels stiffen the cut-out of the bay of the main landing gear on each side: a flat forward panel connects the lower edge of the side box to the rear spar, and a rear panel follows the curvature of the fuselage. They meet at the frame <transitionFrameUID>. <fwdLatPanelLowY> and <rearLatPanelHeightStringerUID> bound the forward panel below and the rear panel in height; how exactly is not specified yet.
