cutLoadIntegrationPoints are defined in a vector notation, due to the high amounts of data. Usually they well be defined in between the ribs. Each point must have an id. Optionally it is possible to rotate the orientation within a cutloadIntegrationPoint to obtain meaningful results. The orientation is optional and relative to the CPACS coordinate system
