Remarks

Describes the contributions of a specific par within a wing segment to the total aerodynamic coefficients of a wing segment strip

A chordwisePart describes the contributions of a specific chordwise part within a wing strip to the total aerodynamic coefficients of this strip. It extends spatially between the two eta positions of the parent strip (see strip documentation) and four xsi positions in the segment coordinate system. As with the parent stips, only the trailing border (..ToSegmentXsi) of a chordwisePart is defined, while the leading border always equals the trailing border of the preceding chordwisePart (or 0 for the first part). To account for oblique trailing borders (e.g., to match the aileron on a tapered wing) two different toSegmentXsi positions can be defined, one at the inner border (innerBorderToSegmentXsi) and one at the outer border (innerBorderToSegmentXsi) of the parent strip. The innerBorderToSegmentXsi and outerBorderToSegmentXsi of the last chordwisePart must be equal to 1.
