vtpFrameDefType

A frame to which the vertical tailplane is attached, and the reinforcement of the frame. The pin sits at the frame <vtpFrameUID>; with <vtpFramePlus1> set to true, it sits between this frame and the next one, and both are reinforced in the same way.
