Actuator that belongs to a track

actuatorUID references the actuator among the system elements of the vehicle, e.g. a hydraulic or an electric actuator (sysElemHydraulicActuatorsType, sysElemElectricActuatorsType); material gives the material of its attachment to the track.

An actuator that drives the control surface directly, without a track, is described in actuators instead (controlSurfaceActuatorsType).
