deckElementsType

Elements of the cabin that are defined once and installed on the decks of any model by reference, grouped by kind: seats, galleys, lavatories, class dividers, other floor modules, sidewall panels, luggage compartments, ceiling panels and cargo containers. Each element gives its shape and its mass in its own coordinate system (vehicleElementBaseType); a component of a deck places it (deckComponentBaseType).

Element coordinate system

The origin of an element should lie at the centre of the front lower edge of its box: at its smallest x, halfway between its smallest and its largest y and at its smallest z, with x pointing aft and z up in the installed position. An element that stands on the floor then stands on the floor of the deck when its component is translated in x and y only.
