Steps of a deflection path

The deflected positions of the control surface at discrete values of the control parameter (controlSurfaceStepType). Between two steps, the translations of the hinge points and the rotation about the hinge line are interpolated linearly, and the first and the last step limit the deflection (see controlSurfacePathType).

A deflection path has at least two steps. They are sorted by increasing control parameter, and no control parameter occurs twice. One of the steps should describe the undeflected control surface, usually at the control parameter 0 (see the control parameters in cpacsType).
