Cone

The local component coordinate system of the cone is centered on the center of its lower circular face. The cone axis coincides with the local z-axis. The lower circular face lies in the plane z = 0 and the upper circular face lies in the plane z = height.

The upper radius is optional. If not specified, it defaults to 0, resulting in a pointed cone. If lowerRadius and upperRadius are equal, the geometry is cylindrical.
