Roller that supports a retracted trailing edge device against the wing

<position> gives the mid point of the roll (etaXsiRelHeightPointType), and <blockedDOF> in which direction the roller carries load while the trailing edge device is retracted.

<parentAttachment> and <controlSurfaceAttachment> give only the material of the two attachments, the one on the wing and the one on the trailing edge device; the schema describes no shape and no further place for them.
