Increment map of the angle-of-attack limits

Changes of the permitted range of the angle of attack for one deflection of movable devices. The map refers either to an increment map of the aerodynamic coefficients (<aeroPerformanceIncrementMapUID>), whose control parameters or command inputs it follows, or to a configuration definition (<configurationDefinitionUID>).
